Refund policy

Custom goods and wholesale blank apparel are not eligible for return.

We stand behind our products and your happiness is our goal. We offer free returns with no restocking fees within 15 days of fulfillment. Returns will be issued in the form of store credit, we do not issue returns back to your original payment method. If any of your items are received damaged or defective, please let us know within one business week and we will get you taken care of right away. 

We encourage you to reach out to us if you have any questions about fit or feel prior to purchasing, we are here to help. In the event where you aren't fully satisfied with your order or experience, we promise to be fair and kind while resolving any issues you may have. 

All items applicable for return must be unwashed, unworn and in original condition. Grab bags and limited edition or holiday items excluded.

To start a return, please email us and we will send you a label if your return is approved. 

An e-gift card will be issued to you within 3 business days of receiving your return. Store Credit is not processed the day your item is delivered. It must be sorted, inspected, and processed. 

Additional details: 

  • We do not offer exchanges as our products sell out quickly. When your e-gift card is issued you can repurchase your desired item. 
  • We do not offer returns to original method of purchase, only STORE CREDIT. 
  • Items must be returned to us within 14 days of the fulfillment date. 
  • All items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return. Please read descriptions carefully. 
  • We do not cover cost of return shipping on international orders.  

IF AN ITEM IS NOT RETURNED TO US WITHIN 10 DAYS OF ISSUED RETURN LABEL, WE WILL INVOICE YOU FOR RETURN SHIPPING, GET YOUR ORDER BACK TO YOU AND A REFUND WILL NO LONGER BE OFFERED
