GARMENT CARE
We use a unique garment dye process that creates a vintage soft and pre-shrunk feel in our products. We recommend washing them in cold water, with similar colors and tumble drying on low heat. Small variations in color, tone and sizing will occur due to our small batch process. Some fading may occur after washing. With specialty dyes, some color transfer may occur but should lessen over time.
SHIPPING
Our goal is a two business day turnaround for fulfillment. This timeframe is prior to USPS scanning your package in to their system. In times of high volume this can increase up to one business week. If you're noticing an increased delay, contact help@jeanandjune.com. We offer two USPS shipping methods, First-Class shipping takes 5-7 business days and Priority takes 2-3. Please note, priority shipping will not impact the turnaround on any pre-ordered items until the order is complete and ready to ship.
ORDER CORRECTIONS
We know our product can move pretty quickly, and the rush to grab what you want can lead to a mistakenly ordered item. That being said, it's very important that you double check your items prior to checkout as we are unable to edit orders prior to shipping. If you find yourself in this situation and are needing a solution, there are two options:
- Our recommended option is placing an additional order for the correct items, as soon as you receive the incorrect items in the mail you can process a return. This will ensure you get the products you want before they sell out, but please see our return policy below so there are no surprises.
- The second option is waiting until your package arrives and returning for a refund, then placing an order for the correct items with your issued store credit. We can't assure that your desired items will be in stock, so please keep that in mind.
Seasonal products and tee of the month are both final sale and order cancelations/edits will not be offered.
We stand behind our products and your happiness is our goal. We offer free returns with no restocking fees within 15 days of fulfillment. Returns will be issued in the form of store credit, we do not issue returns back to your original payment method. If any of your items are received damaged or defective, please let us know within one business week and we will get you taken care of right away.
We encourage you to reach out to us if you have any questions about fit or feel prior to purchasing, we are here to help. In the event where you aren't fully satisfied with your order or experience, we promise to be fair and kind while resolving any issues you may have.
All items applicable for return must be unwashed, unworn and in original condition. Grab bags and limited edition or holiday items excluded.
To start a return, please email us and we will send you a label if your return is approved.
An e-gift card will be issued to you within 3 business days of receiving your return. Store Credit is not processed the day your item is delivered. It must be sorted, inspected, and processed.
Additional details:
- We do not offer exchanges as our products sell out quickly. When your e-gift card is issued you can repurchase your desired item.
- We do not offer returns to original method of purchase, only STORE CREDIT.
- Items must be returned to us within 14 days of the fulfillment date.
- All items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return. Please read descriptions carefully.
- We do not cover cost of return shipping on international orders.
IF AN ITEM IS NOT RETURNED TO US WITHIN 10 DAYS OF ISSUED RETURN LABEL, WE WILL INVOICE YOU FOR RETURN SHIPPING, GET YOUR ORDER BACK TO YOU AND A REFUND WILL NO LONGER BE OFFERED.
PRE-ORDERS
We do not recommend combining pre-ordered and ready to ship items in the same order.
Pre-ordered items are clearly listed. If ready to ship and pre-ordered items are combined, you can expect your package to ship when all items are stocked and ready. To receive your items as quickly as possible we recommend making two separate orders - one for your pre-order items and one for your in-stock items. Pre-ordered items cannot be canceled or edited.
Due to the nature of a pre-ordered item, some fluctuations in shipment times can occur. As all pre-orders are made to order, occasional delays that are outside of our control are a possibility. In the event that delays occur, we will notify you via email. Please note, pre-ordered items cannot be cancelled and will need to be refunded for store credit.
FAQs
How do your baby and children's sizes run? Our children and baby items are true to size. Our garments tend to fit slim and tall. If you are between sizes or unsure, we recommend sizing up.
How do your women's tees and sweatshirts run? Our tees run large and are meant to be an oversized boyfriend fit, if you are wanting a tighter fit we recommend sizing down. Our sweatshirts are true to size.
Will your tees shrink after I wash them? No, our tees are pre-shrunk during our garment dye process.
What are your tees and onesies made from? Our white tees are 100% organic combed cotton jersey and our sweatshirts are cotton french terry.
Is the printing safe for my child? We hand-print each garment with nontoxic, water-based inks that are totally baby safe!
Can I combine more than one discount code? At this time our website will only let you use one code at a time. If you have a specific circumstance please send us an email.
Are your products ready to ship? Unless otherwise specified, our items are ready to ship. If an item is a pre-order, it will be well marked in the product options and the terms will be clearly listed in the description. Please read carefully, cancellations will not be accepted.
Can I expedite an order? Certainly! Just choose priority shipping at checkout.
